If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
To hold your reservation, we require a credit card, and cancellations made on the day of the appointment or within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the services. Please keep in mind that select stylists are available by appointment only on Mondays.
Please note that children's hair services are offered on Wednesdays at our salon 3+. We reserve the right to stop service if the child is not cooperating ,crying excessively making it challenging for the stylist to do the cut or dangerous; as well as creating an uncomfortable environment for other clients.
Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. We have the upmost respect for our parent clients and some of our staff are parents themselves, so we know that this may be an inconvenience. Thank you for understanding
